Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, contractors, and employees following site-specific procedures.
• Manage front desk activities: greet guests, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, maintain logs.
• Monitor facility access and direct authorized individuals to areas; report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and emergencies per procedures.
• Communicate security incidents and visitor activity to site leadership.
