Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required per AU policy.
• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Familiarity with alarm panel systems and operation.
• Proficiency in using computer or tablet daily.
• CPR certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees per site procedures at a logistics/distribution location.
• Monitor visitor, contractor, and delivery check-in; verify IDs and maintain records.
• Answer calls, direct inquiries, and communicate professionally with visitors/site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and alarms using established emergency procedures.
• Monitor entry areas and security systems, report unusual activity and deter unauthorized entry.
