Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees at a logistics and distribution site following security procedures.
• Manage front desk activities: greet visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, maintain records.
• Monitor entry activity, receive deliveries, report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with site contacts and responders.
• Maintain logs and complete required visitor access and incident reports.
