Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Coordinator in Nazareth, PA. This role offers fixed evening shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts and grow into a full-time schedule. You will handle front desk access, badge management, and customer service for visitors and staff.

The position pays $17.00 per hour and requires in-person work at the site with a six-month anchor shift and opportunities to earn more through extra shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with access control systems and badge management preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels and security protocols preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and vendors following site procedures.
• Monitor front desk access, verify credentials, issue passes, and direct people as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor and incident records including log entries.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and coordinate with responders.
• Monitor cameras and access control systems and report unusual activity.
