Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Coordinator in Northampton, PA. This flexible, part-time role offers dependable hours with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $18.03 per hour, with a fixed shift and schedule anchored at a specific site for six months. You will support access-control procedures, badge management, and guest/employee verification while providing professional customer service in a logistics

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Proficient using computers or tablets for daily tasks and data entry.
• Strong customer service skills and experience handling inquiries.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles if applicable.
• Background check and drug screening required by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while enforcing site access procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue passes, and log access.
• Coordinate visitor, vendor, and driver access and direct them to check-in areas.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeters to deter incidents.
