You will perform screening, ID verification, incident response, and maintain logs while working part-time with potential to grow into full-time roles through paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation conducted per laws.
• Background history considered under applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and access-control policies.
• Screen individuals and belongings using screening equipment; identify prohibited items and report concerns.
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorized access for visitors and personnel entering restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
• Maintain accurate screening logs and visitor records; communicate professionally with government personnel.
