Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store staff by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to store personnel and Allied Universal supervision.
• Assist with access control, receipt verification where assigned, and documentation of incidents and daily activities.
