You will perform security and customer service duties, respond to incidents, and patrol the site as required. A high school diploma and background check are required; eligibility for armed positions varies by state.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter at client sites.
