Qualifications

• 6+ months of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local law and may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff according to site procedures and emergencies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting concerns to leadership and site contacts.
• Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate information to leadership.
