Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles is not required here.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor entry in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
Document patrols, incidents, access‑related activity, and other observations in clear, accurate reports.
