Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Reception Services in Indianapolis, IN. The role offers reliable, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our platform, aiming for up to 40 hours per week.

Pay rate is $22.28 per hour with a schedule that includes daytime Friday shifts. The position supports a part‑time career path with opportunities for growth and training in a dynamic, security‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor access to the facility and communicate security‑related concerns, unusual activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and site information, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific procedures and emergency response protocols.
