Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and vendors at a technology-focused location following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and building perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor and delivery authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and escalate when needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.
