Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions or security concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report discrepancies per site policies; respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security activities and communicate information to leadership and site representatives.
