Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a retail distribution location, carrying out access-control procedures and emergency response.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain logs, and direct authorized individuals.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to distribution facilities and entrances in line with procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly, notifying site contacts and leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeters to identify security concerns.
