Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for this role.

• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Valid driver’s license needed for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers following procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols across loading areas and parking.
• Monitor entry/exit and verify credentials.
• Support daily operations by observing yards, gates, and docks.
