Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer for a campus site in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers flexible, reliable hours and opportunities to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $22.62 per hour, with a fixed anchor shift and the potential to increase earnings by taking additional shifts. This position requires a minimum of 2 years security experience, high school diploma, and the ability to work a daytime shift from 08:45 AM to 05:15 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution, following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, lobbies, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with access control and guest direction per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm problem-solving and proper documentation.
• Maintain daily activity reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
