Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Service Patrol in Phoenix, AZ for a part-time role with reliable hours and opportunities to earn more by picking up extra shifts. You’ll work fixed anchor shifts at a designated site and can augment hours through a scheduling platform.

Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred.
Guard Card or license preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and responses.
Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of banking offices and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify credentials; document activity and incidents accurately.
Support a professional environment and communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.
