Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and employees following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and report observations.
• Conduct patrols of common areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and maintenance issues.
• Document patrols and incidents in required logs.
