Job summary

Allied Universal in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to provide reliable, unarmed security at a banking site. This role offers flexible, dependable hours and the chance to earn more by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour. The fixed shift is DayTime Fri 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program allowing additional shifts.

Qualifications

Two years of security-related experience required.
Background check and drug screen required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at the financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and in accordance with site procedures.
