Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized access and theft.
• Document observations and communicate findings to supervision.
