Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer in Miami, FL to provide unarmed guard services at a designated site. Earn $21.91 per hour with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts for more hours.

Role includes monitoring access, responding to incidents, and patrolling government facilities. Requires 1+ year security experience and HS diploma; background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and/or baton is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by enforcing security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and document activities per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activities to designated personnel.
• Complete activity logs and reports maintaining a professional presence.
