Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with policy.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal histories considered in a manner consistent with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• License requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per site procedures.
• Document incidents and patrol activity and communicate to site contacts and leadership.
