Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols across entertainment, dining, retail, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and support entry/exit procedures per site requirements.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate information to leadership and responders.
