Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the job state.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• A background check and drug screening will be conducted as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff.
• Respond to incidents calmly according to escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports.
