Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Operations in Honolulu, HI. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with six-month commitment and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $18.75 per hour with a flexible schedule designed for part-time employment, income stability, and potential progression toward full-time hours up to 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ages: 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and property staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns calmly and using established reporting/escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and guide guests; report suspicious activity or maintenance issues.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate with clients and Allied Universal leadership.
