Job summary

Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced (Unarmed) to provide reliable, customer-focused security at a designated site. The fixed shift is Fri 9:30 PM - 05:30 AM with anchor shifts and an opportunity to earn more by taking additional shifts.

Pay rate is $25.00/hour. The role offers flexible, dependable hours with potential for up to 40 hours per week through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, plus training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees following site policies.
• Conduct regular patrols of retail areas, parking lots, and perimeters to identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control and maintain an orderly environment for customers and staff.
• Document observations and incidents according to site procedures.
