Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced to provide reliable security at a designated site with flexible hours. Pay rate is $18.75 per hour, with a fixed anchor shift and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

The role supports customers, tenants, and visitors while maintaining safety and compliance. Ideal candidates have customer service experience and a guard card/license; must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and able

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; background checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions and incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation per Allied Universal policies.
