Pay rate is $19.89/hour. The position requires 21+ years, law enforcement or security experience, CPR certification, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisory/manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required per policy.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Greet employees, visitors, and contractors; verify identification and authorization; issue visitor credentials; maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor lobby activity, visitor access, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems; escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and document events for appropriate personnel.
• Deter unauthorized access by maintaining a professional front-desk presence and following visitor-management procedures.
