Qualifications

• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures at a commercial real estate location.
• Serve as the first contact at the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify IDs and access, and maintain logs.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and security systems; report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures, contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
