Allied Universal in Glendale, AZ seeks a Part Time Security Officer - Enhanced to provide dependable, flexible coverage with anchor shifts and optional additional shifts through the Earn More program.

Compensation starts at $22.62 per hour. Candidates must be at least 18 for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be comfortable using computers. This role offers part-time hours with potential to scale to full-time.

Qualifications

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with credential and entry requirements as assigned.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports related to incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities.
