The position pays $20.00 per hour, with fixed anchor shifts and a program to claim extra shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling you to balance income with schedules across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, shipping/receiving zones, parking areas, interiors, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery driver entry procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
