Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced in Atlanta, GA. The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to earn more while maintaining a reliable base schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of security experience, strong customer service skills, and are comfortable using a tablet or computer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, background check and drug screen may apply.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify proper personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations to staff.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain documentation per site procedures.
