Job summary

Allied Universal in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol. This role offers flexibility with a fixed shift plus the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform, increasing earnings and experience across sites.

You will provide customer service, patrol assigned areas, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining logs and reports. The position requires a high school diploma and security experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• 18+ years old for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the building interiors and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document events per procedures.
• Maintain daily activity and incident reports and patrol logs.
