Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Management in Dawn, TX. The role offers flexible hours with a fixed anchor shift and optional extra shifts to increase earnings. Pay rate is $15.48 per hour with weekly pay and a pathway toward fuller schedules up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• A drug screen may be required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas of the industrial location.
• Observe inbound and outbound vehicle, delivery, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures and report irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to help deter unauthorized activity.
