Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail areas, stockrooms, common areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and customer concerns in a calm, professional manner and document as required.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports per site procedures.
