Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access, and maintain records.
• Monitor lobby, access points, alarms, cameras, and report unusual activity per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel and responders.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications.
