Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, seeks a part-time Security Officer for a patrol-focused role at our New York site. This position offers stable hours, a fixed shift, and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will perform access control, mobile and foot patrols, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe, professional office environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required as per federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and tenants at a professional office location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, and document incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per established protocols.
