Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Ridge, NY to provide reliable, flexible hours and serve as the trusted first line of defense at a residential complex. The role offers anchor shifts and Earn More with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

You will monitor entrances, assist residents and guests, and respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner. Prioritizes safety, customer service, and adherence to site policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors while carrying out access‑control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas, parking, access points and perimeter to deter unauthorised access.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and access activity per site procedures.
