Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Credential Verification in Joliet, IL. This role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, access-control experience, and a customer-service mindset. It provides flexible hours, a base schedule, and opportunities to scale to a fuller-time timetable as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies, access-control requirements, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor access to chemical and petrochemical locations and direct authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points and perimeters to identify risks and policy concerns.
• Complete reports, logs, and shift documentation; communicate updates to site contacts and leadership.
