Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, office spaces, exterior grounds, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and operational concerns promptly to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
