Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years in security‑related supervisory/manager roles or 3 years in security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage access by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents, communicating observations to site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Operate access-control systems and cameras, documenting incidents and daily activities.
