Qualifications

Minimum two years of security-related experience.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
X-ray screening experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
A background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following site-specific security procedures.
Monitor and control access points for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles.
Verify credentials, issue visitor passes, log entries, and report access concerns to site leadership.
Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and escalation procedures in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
