Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain access-related records.
• Respond to access-control incidents, notify appropriate site contacts or emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security concerns.
• Direct visitors and support access needs, document incidents and daily activities according to site requirements.
