Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors following access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents or access concerns and escalate as needed.
• Regularly patrol the property to identify and report security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Assist with maintaining a professional lobby and entry environment while supporting authorized access for employees, contractors, deliveries, and guests.
