Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Driver Credential Validation Security Officer in Topton, PA. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, patrol areas, and maintain a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

A valid driver’s license and prior security experience are required, with responsibilities including incident response and professional communication. The role offers scheduling flexibility through the Claim a Shift platform, a $17.00/hour pay rate, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security experience.
• A valid driver’s license issued in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain records.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Complete required reports and documentation for security-related incidents.
