Qualifications

• Minimum of customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, documenting entries and observations as required.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership while supporting security operations.
