Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Security Officer Driver for Lima, OH. You will provide security services, patrol facilities, and assist with access control to maintain a safe environment at an industrial site.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and the ability to complete a background check and drug screen as per policy.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Background histories considered per laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply before employment.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report to relevant personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Observe and report hazards and policy violations to site contacts.
