Valid driver's license required.
CPR certification preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Background investigation and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and issue access badges as authorized.
Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular patrols of entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and surrounding perimeter.
Document incidents, observations, and shift activities clearly for site records.
