Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Management Driver in Lebanon, IN. This full-time role requires managing entry points, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors at a commercial real estate site with a client-focused, professional approach.

You will drive in the role, monitor access systems, log activities, and respond to security incidents following site protocols. A valid driver’s license is essential; CPR certification is preferred; background checks and drug testing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and contractor authorization.
• Operate access-control systems and maintain visitor and incident records; report irregularities or unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity.
