Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and contractor authorization.
• Maintain accurate visitor and access-related records; issue and collect temporary credentials.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and contractor authorization in accordance with location policies.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and access-related records; issue and collect temporary credentials as directed.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
